The interview process was quite straight forward. It consisted of phone interview followed by two in person interviews, the first with an analyst and the other with one of the partners. Mostly fit questions and some basic technical questions.

Was invited to a face to face interview at the office after resume application. Asked about my background, interest in investing, and to pitch a stock. Too bad they only care about Canadian companies because it seemed like the interviewer completely discounted my stock pitch for not being a Canadian pick.
