Their process seemed thoughtful to me. Three rounds of interviews I believe it was. I got flown down to interview in the last round and met many of the employees whom I liked.

Very relaxed interview process. Got to the office early in the morning and met the entire staff, then listened through their daily morning meeting. After the meeting I was taken into a room to do a one-on-one interview with the CEO. Very friendly and not stressful at all.
