Interview
Process consisted of small time communications via e-mail and phone calls, which eventually led to an offer to go to a rig and train. Upon reaching the rig I immediately began training on software for a couple of hours before I decided to get some sleep. This was my own choice I was excited to get started. I was not forced to train after driving six hours.
