It was casual over coffee with the agency leader. I guess it greatly depends on which agency you'll join - most of them would welcome almost anybody who is willingly to be an agent.

not much of an interview process, just mainly see how motivated and driven you are if not they will teach uou because they are always recruiting. its a self employed kinda job
Asked about general questions which were very engaging and the interviewers were very friendly, non-aggressive. I felt very respected through out the whole time during the interview which allowed me to answer their questions more aptly and optimally.

What would you describe is your attitude towards learning?
Pretty relaxed. Asked typical questions like why are you entering this sector etc. If you have questions about the industry its a must to ask to understand the mechanisms behind the sector
