Brief in nature. I was asked philosophical questions, asked about knowledge of classical education. Asked about classroom management methods, was given lots of info about how the school is run.

It was easy and simple. I received an email regarding my application first. I then did a zoom interview and was invited to teach a demo class. The entire process was about a week or two.

Interview
They were disorganized and incoherent. It took a while to get back to me. They couldn't answer basic questions I had about the premise of the organization. If you don't care whether or not the employees understand their own mission, by all means go for it.

There was an Initial phone call and then an in person interview, which included a demo lesson, interview with deans and then the headmaster. They also took me to lunch to get to know me personally.
