I applied and then there was a 20-30 minute introductory phone call after which the lead data scientist sent me their technical interview assessment. Four days after I submitted the assessment they called me to set up an on-site interview in Chicago. The onsite interview was four one on one interview sessions two of which were technical. All the interviewers were engaging and respectful. I didn't find anything about the process challenging.
