What does your experience look like and how does it bring you to this role today.
Started with an intro call which I thought went extremely well. From there, I had a formal interview where I was assured I'd hear back either way, by the following week. I was then ghosted.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three phases: the first interview with HR, the second with the Account Director, and the third with the CEO. After receiving the offer, I inquired about the possibility of negotiating the salary and/or benefits. I made it clear that I understood if they were non-negotiable, but I wanted to ask to be sure. I didn't receive a response from the company for a week. When I followed up to check on the status of my inquiry, I received an email from someone I hadn't interacted with during the interview process, informing me that the offer was being rescinded. I found this extremely unprofessional, especially since this person had never spoken to me before. I tried contacting them again and explaining what was my intention, but received no response. In hindsight, I'm glad I dodged that bullet.
