Pretty standard in the beginning, after the initial resume and cover letter submission they requested a phone call, where I talked with the VP for about an hour and it seemed to go well. Then they asked me to come by for an in-person interview the following week, so I did that and met the VP, CEO, Business Development Manager and the former Business Development Assistant. I talked with the Mgr for a little while 1v1, and then went into a room with everyone else and talked for another long while. Got a short tour of the facility, and then when it was time to go the VP shook my hand and said she'd let me know by the end of the week what their decision was or if they'd need more time. Only she didn't. That Friday came and went and I heard nothing, and by the following Tuesday I was a little confused because I was expecting at least an email saying they've decided not to move forward if that was the case. So I called and left a message requesting them to get back to me as promised and still nothing. Needless to say not a great look for them, especially because throughout the entire interview process they kept saying that communication was their biggest asset to their customers, and how they respond quickly to things. So I found that really ironic.
