They got in touch quickly after I applied and set up a phone call. The people I spoke to were nice and personable. They explained the role and what they were looking for from someone in the position. Asked pretty standard questions, I didn't quite fit the mark.

Tough interview, similar to an Oxbridge interview in the diversity and spontaneity of questions. Fair, interesting, difficult. The people were nice and smart, they also communicated efficiently over email and the process was clear.

2-3 screener calls that were primarily focused on past and current experience. Final round consisted of a series of situational case studies that included more technical questions associated with the job.
