I was contacted by a recruiter who arranged an interview with one of the co-founders. It was a 30 - 40 minute informal interview off-site. We talked about the company, its forward direction, the expectations for the role, and working styles. Scheduling experience and the ability to do things on your own with no errors was strongly emphasized.
