-Then, get to know the interviewer through pre-interview dinner (comfortable setting)
-Then, interview with the senior manager (this is the 1st interview)

Interview
It is one online interview with 2 manager or higher people that is focused on work background. They ask questions like describe difficult situations you have navigated. Not as much about accounting. Then a casual in person lunch with a partner and manager to get to know you.

Interviewed with three different people ranging from Partner to Manager. Relaxed interview and more like a conversation with some questions thrown in. Got to see the office and have a presentation by Charlie Greer. Concluded the visit with a lunch with three staff members.
