I was contacted about the job opportunity through a senior engineer I met from an engineering conference. Two weeks later I had a phone interview, and scheduled a face to face interview at the company for the next week. During the in person interview I was greeted by the coworkers I would be working, interviewed with them, and then was shown around the office. The following week I received the job offer

Interview
The interview occurred in the conference room of the office. It was a personal one on one interview setting with the lead of the office. It was not a high pressure interview and focused on growth and personality fit.
