I had the opportunity to interview for a role with this company and initially had a very positive experience. My conversation with the district manager went well, and I was invited to interview with her supervisor shortly after. Both conversations were engaging, and I felt excited about the opportunity and alignment with the team.
However, after the final interview, communication stopped entirely. After a week of not hearing back, I sent a follow-up email to check on next steps and express continued interest, but unfortunately never received a response.
This was disappointing, especially given the time and effort invested in the interview process and my genuine interest in the role. Even a brief update or closure would have been appreciated, as I value feedback and continuous improvement.
I hope the company considers improving communication with candidates, particularly those who have progressed to later stages of the interview process.
