I received a call asking if I was still interested in the position and a little bit about my interests in the field. They set up an interview within a week. For the interview I met with each person in the office about my previous experiences and interests. They did a good job at making it a conversation instead of an interrogation, so I felt comfortable. They also did a good job introducing themselves so I could evaluate the office culture. Everyone seemed like they do their work with great integrity which is what I look for in a working environment.
