The interview process is includes an hour long virtual interview - 30 minutes talking to one employee, 30 minutes talking to another. After passing this interview the next step is a written test
Only got to the first stage, which was an hour-long interview with 2 members of the team. Just them learning more about you and your interest in GG. Very nice people and very open to questions and gave very meaningful answers.

Tell me about yourself and why Group Gordon? Which sector of PR is most interesting to you? What current news stories have you been following? What current news stories have you been following? One piece of feedback a boss or teacher has given you that you made an active effort to implement? How do you use AI in your life (educational and personal)? What makes a story newsworthy? Is there anything that is not on your resume that you would like me to know about?

Interview
Initial interview, writing assessment, and then group interview with many members of the team. Everyone was very friendly but like the previous poster I also felt led on by the extensiveness of the process. Questions felt meant to trip you up. I also think the group was disingenuous about not needing experience, however, I do not know who they ultimately hired.
