Interview
Very thorough and professional. Although I am not their employee, I will say from my interview experience, they are a top-notch security company. Keep in mind that they're not a contract security company, so jobs are limited to only one or two account; however, what you're getting is superior training. They train you tactical skills, handgun shooting and scenario-based mental development. No experience necessary, but you do have to have a strong mentality and eager to learn.
