Apply online through the website, then go on-site for your interview. You get to meet the managers, who provide a rundown of day-to-day responsibilities, then you complete a group interview with common questions (eg. strengths, weaknesses, experience with customer service).

In person or by video call if far away. Easy going approach. If you love park, a decent rider, can work hard and are chill then your in with a good chance. Honestly if yer into park riding like alot and down with that whole scene then you will have very little issues with answering the generic questions.
