My interview process with Grow took just under three weeks and was honestly a great experience. It was really streamlined but still thoughtful and thorough. There were four rounds total: a phone screen, hiring manager interview, mock call, and a final conversation with the Director of Sales. I really appreciated how intentional each step felt.... Every conversation left time for questions and everyone I spoke with was transparent, and took the time to really answer everything I asked. I never felt rushed or in the dark about what was coming next. Huge shoutout to Brynn, my recruiter!!! She was amazing throughout the ENTIRE process. She was always available if I needed advice or prep and she explained everything so clearly that I felt confident walking into all of my interviews!! Honestly...Because of how well ran + transparent the process was, accepting the offer was a no brainer!! Overall a really positive experience that made me even more excited to join the team :)
