Was emailed with an invitation for a phone screening. Met with interviewer on video call, and she wasn't really listening to my responses and would reply ok cool after things I said. She asked high level questions about my background and experience auditing cases. She was clearly not clinical so it didn't seem she was following. Then she said I would get a decision about taking a test at home followed by two more video interviews within a few hours. I then get a generic no reply email about my application not being chosen to move forward. Very weird and poor process for hiring.
