I did a over the phone interview. I like the companies mission statement and what they do. In the phone interview the recruiter mentioned 3 interview plus a assessment. I get they want choose the right person but I thought that was bit much for a entry level position. Not everyone will be able to move forward so why waste unnecessary time. I get one interview and an assessment but 3 was a bit overboard. I decline to move forward.
