Got a call from the Human Resources Manager 2 days after sending in my application to schedule a in-person interview. Met with an administrative assistant because the manager was not on site that day. I was first asked to fill out a paper that consists of 8 short questions related to the position. (why you wanted to apply, what experience you have with children, what would you do when you see a stranger on site, etc.) Then the administrative assistant went over the questions with me together and asked me questions that I didn't have time to fill out. Overall it was a relatively easy interview compared to other ones that I had. It was chill and was just like talking to a friend. I am glad to have gotten an offer.

After applying, contacted by HR and went in for interview. Because there were no open site positions at the time, was offered substitute position dependent on completing onboarding, background check, fingerprinting, health check, TB test and becoming certified in CPR and First Aid (You are paid for your time and served lunch). After subbing for one week was offered two positions each at a different site and was hired soon after for part time regular work.
