The interview was casual. I interviewed with a panel of three ladies. We worked down my resume. They asked about my past job, what i liked and what i didnt like. They also asked about my career goals and a few behavioral questions. I asked about opportunities for development and they said there were some,but for the most part, everyone just stays in the same position for a while. We talked about the company culture. The interview flowed pretty well, but the others in the office never looked up from their screens.
