GrowthAssistant interview questions

Terrible experience overall! I had a very disappointing experience with Growth Assistant’s hiring process. I first interviewed with them in December, then had a follow-up interview in January. After that, I was sent a three-part online assessment, which required a significant investment of time and effort. I completed and submitted it, and then had yet another interview at the end of January. After going through multiple stages and dedicating considerable time to their process, I received a generic copy-paste rejection email a week later with absolutely no feedback. There was no acknowledgment of the time and effort invested, no constructive comments, nothing. For a company that expects candidates to go through such an extensive process, the lack of personalized communication or basic feedback reflects a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and professional careers. Very discouraging experience overall.

The interview process was relatively fast, but it felt impersonal and disengaged. The hiring manager appeared tired or uninterested, reading questions in a robotic tone without much effort to create a natural conversation.
