The interview process was quite fair and progressed at a good pace. It consisted of four distinct stages, which felt pretty standard for a software engineering role. These typically included an initial HR screen, followed by technical assessments, and then deeper dives into coding and system design challenges, culminating in behavioral interviews.
Very simple and straightforward interview process. Quick to the point of letting you meet the team. However, the fact that the job posting has remained open months after I've interviewed has convinced me that they are unicorn hunting.
