The bald founder is a complete weirdo who will try to manipulate you in the interview and get truth from you and to only use it against you. Naive folks be-aware from this monstrous organisation and founder
The interview process (for the internship) included a screening call, an assignment, an assignment walkthrough with the hiring manager and a final round with the founder. The team was extremely warm, proactive and energetic. I had complete clarity on the process right from the beginning and they made sure to create a safe space while also making the questions feel challenging.
