The questions were straightforward—any polished store manager could answer them easily. However, based on the way they were asked, it was clear that this Regional Manager leans toward micromanagement.
Next, I had a second virtual interview with the Director of Retail. The questions were much the same, but this conversation focused more on whether I was a veteran, first responder, or a spouse of one.
