In-person interview with the team lead and a senior analyst - some introduction like "tell me about youself" and some personal questions like "Why do you think you are a fit for this position?" "What do you bring to the table?" "What do you expect from your team? from you manager?" Afterwards they gave a one hour written test - first section was 5 querying questions on one table with SQL and another 2 or 3 harder questions querying on multiple tables. second section involved a case study - a loss in revenue of a small fictional food retail outside Madrid - give 10 question you will ask in order to find the reason/s and highlight the 5 critical ones.
