I applied and interviewed in April 2024. The interview itself was fine, but we mutually agreed that it wasn’t the right fit. A few months later, I received another invitation to interview. I politely declined, explaining that I had already gone through the process and asked to be removed from future contact lists.
Despite that, I continued receiving the same interview invitations every few months. On one occasion, an email was sent to over 200 recipients at once, exposing everyone’s email addresses, which was extremely unprofessional.
It’s now October 2025, and I am still receiving the same automated interview emails, even after multiple requests to stop. I regret ever sharing my personal information with this company. Please review your candidate management practices and email handling policies.
