Worst interview of my life, I have never seen such a rude person in my entire career. One weird person took my first round, it was scheduled for 1 hour. But it took 2.5 hours. This person has a big ego problem. His tone was very bad, I really felt insulted. He was more interested in my personal life rather than my technical skills like where I am and what language I speak. I asked one question he said very rudely that I don't like someone interrupting him. He didn't even switch on the camera and asked me to open saying that I want to see you. It's both-way communication, the interviewer should also switch on his camera as well. He gave me one big problem, he wanted everything in that. And he went away somewhere. Boss if you are not serious or you treat people like this, at least don't show this behaviour during the interview. and Others' time is also important. He stretched the interview for 2.5 hours. then I said I have some other office work, then he commanded me to complete it on weekend. He didn't even ask me whether it will be possible for me to complete this on weekend or not. He just gave me an order that I have to complete by any chance If I am really serious. Boss, if you are behaving like this in an interview then I can imagine how difficult it will be working under such a demanding boss. and you are giving me treatment like this now then I can imagine how will you treat me if I join the company. When you take an interview you are the first impression of the company and my experience was the worst of my entire career. If you are giving me a job it doesn't mean you don't give me respect and treat me like a slave. I could not attend the assignment due to some unavoidable problem at home. and I sent an email also regarding the same. Then he took my second round. He started with where is my assignment, and then I said I was not aware of it and that I want to discuss that. Then he started shouting at me that I am very irresponsible, how can I miss that? and he just said that there is no point in discussion now. Then I had shown him whatever I could implement by that time. He then asked questions and asked me to submit the assignment, I submitted. Whatever emails he sent to me, there was no Hi Hello, no addressing, no comma, no full stop, no Thank you, no regards. The company's first impression was really really bad. I have a suggestion for the company please don't involve this person in the hiring process, He doesn't even know how to treat candidates.
