The phone interview went very well. Immediately, they scheduled an in-person interview. That seemed to go well, but I didn’t get the job. Later, I received an email that they weren’t moving forward with my application. They gave me no reason, but I suspect they felt I was too old to work for them. Apparently, if you are over 40, they don’t consider you valuable.
