Guardians Of Dreams interview questions

Interview didn't take place, not responsive since filling the application. When sent a follow up, was asked after a week if I was still interested in the position. Not very organised.

It was an in-person interview at their office. The interview was smooth and quick. The interviewer was very polite and gave enough thought to understanding me. They were very concerned about my availability and ability to commit to the cause for a year. They also needed people who could speak the native language but that wasn't a barrier. They had me tackle real situation the volunteers face while working too.
