The interview is simple with basic questions. There is a testing process before hand. Nothing too difficult, it is pretty easy to get on with minimal experience required. Know how to type and copy/paste.

You must complete a typing test by sharing your screen and knowledge how to find certain things on their website. Relatively easy. You won't get an offer until you complete your background check and drug screen first.
The interview process was super quick and easy. I applied online and was contacted the next day. Asked for my availability and scheduled a video interview. Took a typing test, grammar test and navigated a car dealerships website. The lady who interviewed me was awesome and she hired me on the spot.
