Guiding Star El Paso interview questions

I did not have a formal interview. I started as a volunteer, but did not get a formal job offer. A lot of my time working there was spent guessing what the expectations were for my role. The organization grew quite a bit in just a couple of years, but I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a stable job.
