Absolutely awful, I interviewed with them in December 2022. Arrived 10 minutes early, was waiting for 15 minutes PAST the start time. I saw my interviewer come into the building 10 minutes after my interview was supposed to start. I was called back and the interviewers were visibly shocked to see I was brown and gender non-conforming (I was dressed "professionally" with a suit and everything but I'm AFAB) and their attitude immediately changed when they actually saw me. The most awkward interview I've EVER had; they asked me three questions total, one of the interviewers was doodling on her notebook. They didn't ask any follow-up questions, super flat affect and no friendliness whatsoever, and the interview itself lasted maybe 5 minutes. And never got any sort of response afterwards. 0/10 would literally never go there again
