Guilford Child Development interview questions

A brief introduction and walk through. Followed by a short discussion interview with two of the team members responsible for screening potential new hires. Followed by some experience and background questions. The center was very busy. The interview was not at all what I expected.

The interview process was very positive. I was nervous, but if you have experience in child care, the questions were common sense questions.I suggest making it a conversation rather than approaching it as if it were an interrogation.
