Lengthy process of a interviews and multiple stake holders involved - recruiter changed in between the process. Quick Approval process which was a sigh of relief. Recruitment Team needs a bit of training

It took over 2 months. I missed the first screening call, and I tried to call them back only to find IVR. A week later, I got the call, and the lady was nice. I told her about my expected salary, and she seemed ok with it. I then had a first interview with the hiring manager. It went super! Then, I got asked for an assignment and they seemed to be in a rush. I delivered on time, and the second interview went well to the extent that the manager was talking to me about the logistics of the job!!! After the interview (in less than 12 hours), they made a SM post about the same vacancy I was shortlisted for. I thought they were looking for more candidates. A month went by without any contact from their HR. I sent an email to which I got a reply after 2 weeks informing me that they hired someone else. Guess what? They are still looking for someone to fill in the position, but they keep on changing the title (absurd, tbh). I would have appreciated it if someone respected my time and effort and gave me proper feedback.
