Everyone was very nice and kind. There was a mix-up with my interview time, but I/they adapted. The branch manager and assistant manager interviewed me. They were friendly and kind.

It was very professional. Interviewed in a nice board room with the AVP of the contact center and two Contact Center supervisors in a board setting. Also pretty intimidating. Most of the interview questions came from the AVP, it kind of appeared the supervisors were shadowing or learning the interview process.
