I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gunn Automotive (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
You meet with the training manager. If you have previous car sales experience with decent references, it's not a hard interview to pass. I didn't get any tough questions. They were ready for me to start after they saw my resume. I also got to meet the General Sales Manager that day too. I saw other candidates get the same treatment, so I do not think Gunn is worried about hiring too many reps. They expect those that do not succeed to leave within 90 days on their own accord.
