I applied online and was contacted to setup an onsite interview with the team. The team was professional and had a lot of questions to ask. The interview is conducted by senior team members and owners in several segments, and I've since learned that they make a collaborative decision. They not only want to get a sense of your qualifications, but also a good idea of your working style and personality, as this is a close knit team, and a work style fit is important.
