      Customer Care Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GymBeam in Jun 2026

      Interview

I had a bad experience with this interview. The recruiter did not have a proper meeting room, and it took place in a room full of people while he was using a cheap headset, which made it hard for me to understand him. He showed no smile or positive attitude, seemed bothered, and did not appear genuinely interested in the interview. I shared my good experience in Customer Service and my genuine interest in working with them, but it seemed he didn’t care. The interview went well based on my answers and my motivation, but I received negative feedback two days later, stating, “we found a closer match.” In my opinion, the interviewer didn’t personally like me; it seemed personal and indicated he didn’t care about my experience and skills. Additionally, I asked for the maximum salary they advertised since I have years of experience and mentioned I would consider lower offers as well, which probably bothered him. In the end, I'm glad not to be required to work with this type of people.
