I applied online and received a call for an initial phone interview. After that I was asked to come in for in person interview. A few weeks later had another phone interview with HR and then a third phone interview with a region rep. After that, I was asked to come in for an in person interview with that region rep. All in all lengthy process, but pretty standard.

Asked questions regarding my background history and management style. Asked how many people I had managed, also asked me how I handled personnel issues etc.
The process has been very thorough. They ask lots of questions about yourself and the job. The people interviewing really seem to care about the people they are putting into place.
Pretty Lengthy, met with several members of the management team on a executive and regional level. They were very careful and were committed to finding the right person for the job. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone.
