they first take english grammer test, after that they conduct an GD round in which they judge your accent and the way you speak.after that they conduct an interview round,on clearing that they have an online cocubes test in which 60 questions were asked each 20 from english,quant and reasoning. after that they conduct an HR round.if you clear all these rounds.... then they offered the job..

They call too many candidates on the same day, same time and same place and then usually keep them waiting all day long.
Most of the times recruiters do not even respond to your general queries even after cracking the interviews. After releasing an offer too, they do not respond to your emails/calls.
