Hiring more candidates for the DCOPS team which will offload the work of the track. 2. Giving chances for freshers 3. And freshers are soon switching over to Direct payroll on this particular role. 4. Decent pay even if you are fresher. Concerns: 1. Their limitation for L1 role upto 3 years makes no sense utterly (I have 3 yrs exp. and hope they will push me to L2 soon) 2. Should disclose that most of the project's DCOPS role will have very less/no technical tasks. 3.
