i was looking for any MNC opportunity to explore new challenges and boost-up my career into HR domain so have applied to HCL tech. opportunity for recruitment consultant. The interview process was quite longer, 4 rounds were there including 2 in-person discussion technical round with sr. management. afterwards got offer and followed the BGV check.

telephonic call, only basic questions, web ex interview some technical questions and face 2 face documentation check and other proofs check , had a good experience but unfortunately they rejected me in the last minute

Interview
Interviewed and hired on Contract by CDI, met hiring manager on first day. Sent to new Jersey to train for 4 days, but had no one assigned to me and spent hours on end in an empty conference room waiting for a plan to be formulated oh who was responsible for me.
