Consist of 3 rounds :
1. Voice & Accent Round
2. Technical Round
3. Managerial Round
Candidates were eliminated in the first 2 rounds. Individuals left post 2 rounds were selected to the Managerial round.
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
