Hiring process being streamlined and fixed for one location i.e. Lucknow . No felexibility to work from A town city and work with lot of responsibility but no hike .Really horrible when denied to come down to Lucknow . Just said that as denied my profile never considered in HCL now..HR thus ruling this company ..worst experience on giving interview.

They had normally Four round of interview those were First round was About Core Java Technical second was also Technical and along with last was technical followed with HR.
