Interview Panel doesn't have the clear idea for what they are hiring. They called me for Java/Selenium position .but started asking me all question related to Manual testing( E.g - What is regression testing,write five test-cases for pen).panel asked me only 2-3 questions related to selenium only and jokes apart , he didn't even asked a single Java Question..please don't go and waste your time there. In spite of all , i have answered all the questions confidently and correctly because all questions are basic .I was very confident after the completion of interview , that definitely i will get selected, then HR came and told me that you can leave for the day .I didn't got upset after HR intimation instead i was laughing inside for what just happened. P.S - Please don't attend interview if you are passionate about automation field . For Interviewers , i request you to please get prepared well before taking interviews and ask more on questions related to automation instead of Manual testing . For HR - Please explain JD clearly to candidate before scheduling the interview otherwise for some people it just becomes waste of time and energy.
