Interview
I got referred by a friend who is working in HCL, this was internal as he asked HR for the current openings. One can call up regularly to HCL HR helpline to know what kind of vacancies are currently being hired for.

Question 1
Since i was an Offrole working in ERICSSON, it made a good point to leave ericsson as an offrole and join HCL as an On-rolls, but the manager asked, What if you show your offer letter to your boss and he agrees to make you an onrolls, it was diffult to convince him that there's no scope of an on-rolls opportunity neither currently or in near future. Finally i suceeded and am on bench fetching free salary from past 3 months as the project is awaited. Out of 10 hrs of our shift we play TT for 8 hrs. Life is awesome here.

It was a three step hiring process starting from Technical Experience review,Skills check,Technology knowledge,Future goals and scope for the profile applied for.
The after Interview result took about a month to confirm my employment as the upcoming project was never defined to arrive.
