Interview
The interview process consists of two statge :
1. Online Test : Conducted by a staffing agency. The test consisted of questions from English, quantitative, logical reasoning, programming and logical questions of computer science.
2. 1-1 interview : The questions were very easy and covered topics like OOPS, dbms and sql . There were no puzzles.
Hcl takes either an HR interview or a technical interview which is totally on your luck.
First round was resume shortlisting. Resume get shortlisted then HR will send you interview invitation email. Then second round was coding test they give one coding question to write on paper.

My experience was good. They first asked for my introduction then straight away starts the technical interview. They starts with basic first asked Oops Concepts, some fundemantal programming starts. Then they gradually increase the level of interview to easy to medium. They only asked one or two hard level questions.
