2 technical and 1 HR round and the interview process took 1 month. On each round selection notified in the mail .The salary hike is less and huge amount of variable pay and that amount wont be paid fully.
“The Technical Lead hiring process consisted of five rounds, including three technical interviews. After successfully clearing all stages, the salary negotiation concluded positively, resulting in a mutually agreeable compensation package.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview.
